No prior OKR training required. We start with goal-setting fundamentals and build to advanced strategic planning implementation.
A 2 half-day intensive online course, including OKR materials, implementation templates, the OKR Institute certification exam, and strategic planning resources.
No. The interactive, small-group format is essential to the learning experience. We don't offer recorded versions because peer interaction and live coaching are core to the program's effectiveness.
Attendance for both full days is required for certification. If you have a conflict, we recommend waiting for the November cohort rather than missing content.
